Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased that you are ready and available. There is much going on in your political world this week. To many it will be good news that you will have a new president. To others it will mean a dramatic change in their life of living off of political salaries. However, it appears to me that you will soon have a better government. As I understand it will be a return to constitutional government that you haven't had since the early 1930s.
Much of what we can do to help, when we are allowed to come and be among you, is first to help reduce the atmospheric pollution so that you will have a healthier atmosphere to breathe. Next, as you know, we can also respond to requests for help that are made, provided that no weapons nor war craft is allowed. For example, you have asked if we can help with the control of weather so that there will be less flooding and tornado damage. We are pleased at your request. We are anxious to help provide such assistance to your middle states that are so terribly flooded at the present time. It is of great concern to us to have to sit here with the ability to help and not be able to do so. The devastation that has occurred is the worst that has ever happened to that flooded part of your country. We could have prevented such destruction if your government had removed the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. We want to help. We have the ability to help, and all we need is to have peace between us and we can be there to help your nation in many ways, PROVIDED THAT YOU ASK FOR OUR HELP. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions or comments for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear friend Helena. I understand that there will, very soon (perhaps this week), be a dramatic change in our government. Hopefully, that will soon be followed by the removal of the orders to our Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. I will be pleased to do all I can to bring comments or requests to you for specific ways in which you can greatly help us in North America. I do have some concern about the growing of drug crops, especially in Mexico and then the delivery of such illegal drugs to America. Do you have any suggestions as to what you can do to help in reducing this type of criminal efforts?
Helena: We can help. One of the reasons that the drug crops are grown is to make sufficient money for some of those farmers. If they had other crops that they could grow that would provide them with a good living, they would probably give up the growing of drug crops. We can help direct some of their efforts to growing other important crops that are needed and can be used to provide health to more people. With the requests from others, we will do our best to help those farmers. In addition, if asked to do so, we can help identify and stop the deliveries of drugs across your border. We have the means to identify hidden drugs in the vehicles that are coming to the U.S. from Mexico.
