Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am ready when you are.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being on time. You are soon to be funded. You have been told that many times and there are always, it seems, events that prevent the funds from being made available. However, I have been assured that the funds will be definitely provided to your Canadian friend this week. Then he will wire funds to you. That will enable you to get back into full operation in your laboratory, after you buy and fix up the building.
There is much good that you are expected to accomplish in your laboratory. With the help of some good employees, you will be able to help in the production of a new-energy technology that taps into the vast energy of space and provides electrical energy without pollution. That will be of great benefit to your country and later to the world. We will be pleased to have your government remove the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any "UFOs". Then we will be able to have some of our shuttles come and show themselves to you. You will be very pleased when we are able to come-and-go in your skies. We will, of course, be very careful so as not to interfere with the flights of your aircraft. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any question or comments?
