Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am with you. This will be an historic week, if our information is correct and if there are no further delays in the deliveries of the bank documents to the thousands of recipients. As you have been told, with the completion of the deliveries of the bank documents, there will be a return to constitutional government. Hopefully, all will be properly handled so that this week, even early this week, there will be the completion of those deliveries. As you know, those deliveries have been held up for many months or years by your present political system. They know that with the deliveries of those bank documents, there will be the acceptance of the resignations of your presidency . You have been told that because Congressmen have been elected under changes to the Constitution, they also will be released from their offices and there will be new elections held as soon as practical.
Much of what we can do, those of us aboard this starship, will be to help wherever we are asked to help, provided that there is a release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down.
We shall be most pleased to be able to come-and-go among you and to respond to the questions or suggestions that have been made or will be made. For example, we shall be most pleased to help reduce the terrible destruction of homes and businesses caused by tornadoes, as you have asked us to do. When our shuttles can come-and-go among you, we will be able to use our technology to control the weather.
Lavar: Will you be able to provide more rain for this very dry part of the country?
Helena: Yes, we can do that to a great extent. There is plenty of moisture in the atmosphere and it does not normally take much excess energy to direct storms or to control storms. We shall be pleased to be asked for such help when we are free to come-and-go among you with our shuttles. Do you have any more questions or comments for me, today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have the coming changes in our government made so that we can return to constitutional government and have properly elected officials back in control of our country rather than those whose primary interests are to fatten their own pockets. Do you have information or control over those who are being funded, such as my Canadian friend, and can you help in getting the funds released to his funder?
Helena: There is not much that we can do to influence those money-loving groups who are holding up the funds for their own benefit. However, there will soon be some changes made that will allow for your funds to be released.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be calling on you tomorrow.
