Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 06 Jun 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am a couple of minutes late!
Helena: Good morning. Yes you are a bit late. I have a message for you this morning. If our contacts are supplying us with the proper information it appears that, finally, the long-delayed bank documents are being delivered. We hope that is correct information. Your present administration has been successful in stopping the distribution of the funds to thousands of recipients for many months. As you know, these bank documents must be delivered before there is the resignations of your presidency that will be announced. We shall soon know. Hopefully, there will be the announcement tomorrow.
There is not much we can do to help make the changes in your country that are needed. We are only allowed to come-and-go to carry out our assignment from the Galactic Federation to help in cleaning up Mother Earth's atmosphere. As you have been told, we can help in other ways if we are asked and provided that the requests are only for peaceful purposes. You have asked us if we can help prevent further damage to homes and properties by controlling tornadoes. We shall be pleased to do that, when our shuttles are able to come-and-go among you.
Much of our planned efforts are, of course, to be devoted to changing the earth's atmosphere. However, there are many of us that can do other things. For example, as you have been told, we have some human-appearing health specialists who will be coming to help those who need and ask for our help. Hopefully, it will be soon that we can come and do our assigned tasks and to help in other ways. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I have been asked to determine how much time there will be between your approval for landings and your shuttles being able to come with a landing in our valley? The reason for this questions is that there are some who will want to be there at our Salt Lake Airport No. 2 landing of one of your shuttles.
Helena: Our plans have been to have our fly-overs and our landings immediately after there is the release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. However, after the resignations of your president is announced there will still be the need for a high-level government official to order the release of the long-standing orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. We do not know how long that will take. We expect that it will take at least two days.
Lavar: Is it possible or reasonable for you to have other landings in other parts of our country so that there can be more who will be able to witness close up the landing of a shuttle and to see that you are aliens?
Helena: Yes. That is possible. We have not planned for other landings with our first fly-overs. As you know, the landing in your country is to fulfill a long-standing plan to have a visit in "Zion" by our special guest. However, for the first landing that will not be the coming in the flesh of our special guest aboard our starship.
