Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I hope that you enjoyed, or are enjoying, the rain that we have brought to your area. We are pleased to be able to help those who ask for our help, especially when such requests are for the good of many. You are to be commended for making the decision to call on us for our help.
Many of us are looking forward to the coming time when we will be able to come-and-go from the Capricorn to various parts of your world. For us, it will be North America, as you know. There is a lot of good that can be accomplished. As you have learned, we can help ameliorate the weather so that there is a better distribution of rain and snowfall to where it is needed. In addition, we expect to be able to stop the formation of some of the serious storms, such as those that form tornadoes and create so much destruction.
It will not be long now before we shall be able to come among you. It has been a long wait for us to be able to carry out the assignment given to us to help in restoring proper levels of carbon dioxide in Mother Earth's atmosphere. However, we shall soon be able to start those efforts. It will not be long now before you have a new government and then we shall soon be able to have our initial fly-overs and have the landing in your valley. That will be a great day for all of us. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. It is with great pleasure that I look forward to your coming to be among us. Thank you again for the great rain storm that is presently going on in our area. That will be of great help to many of our citizens and also for many of the cattle and wild animals in our mountains and valleys. How soon will you be able to help control the weather so that there will no longer be the floods and severe weather that we experience in various parts of the United States?
Helena: We can do some of those things now, if we are properly asked to do so. Hopefully, there will soon be our landings and we will have better communication with many of your citizens. Their request for help can be granted, provided it is for peaceful purposes.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your presence among us.
