Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena. Good morning. You are more aware this morning. You were troubled yesterday. Good to have you back more fully. There are dramatic changes that are supposed to occur in your government. At least that is the information that I am receiving from one of our communicators on Mother Earth.
We here aboard the Capricorn are very anxious to finally be able to plan and have our fly-overs and to show your countrymen that we come in peace and that we are assigned to help Mother Earth. I do not believe that there are very many of your citizens that really believe that we are aliens or that we are actually scheduled to come and be among you. It will be a great change for your countrymen to understand that we are alien to your planet and that we are in a great starship that can be seen above your atmosphere. Although completely denied by your present government, we are still here and we expect to soon be able to come-and-go among you. Of course, our coming here to Mother Earth has been by assignment, as you have been told, by the Galactic Federation. Our assigned task is to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. We will greatly appreciate any help that we can get in that great task. As you have been told, there are other starships and they have been assigned to help in this task. However, they have all agreed that we are to be the first to make our presence known to the American government. That will happen when you have a new presidency, which we expect to happen very soon now. Not much new here for you, however I am very concerned to be able to do whatever is required to be able to have our presence and our task known to more of your countrymen. Do whatever you can to have the orders to try to shoot us down removed.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall try to get a message to our new president so that under his control there can be the removal of the long-ago orders to the U.S. Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. As I have told you, I was involved when I was an officer and meteorologist in the Air Force. Those orders have been in place for many years, several decades. I will do what I can to help remove that order.
Helena. Good. Hopefully the new administration will soon help so that we can come and be with you.
Lavar: I shall be with you tomorrow.
