Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are welcome as usual, for our message for you. This can be, if our information is correct, a very significant day in your country's history. This is the day that it is planned for the bank documents to be delivered to all recipients, or at least to those that can be normally contacted. Hopefully, by the end of the day, there will be the majority of the bank documents distributed. Then there can be an announcement of great importance to all Americans and echo throughout the world. However, it may be that the announcement will be held off until the end of the week.
Many of us here aboard the Capricorn, have been patiently waiting for this crucial time when events will transpire that will provide for a change in your government and the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. Then we shall have, finally, our coming to show you that we come in peace and that we are aliens to your world. That will be another historic day, especially for us. We are ready, willing, and able, as you would say, to come and be among you and helping to clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere, which will be a decade-long problem and solution. Do you have any questions for me today?
Lavar: Thank you dear COS friends. I shall be most pleased to welcome your coming and greatly look forward to the coming of the two crew members to help us in our laboratory development of new-energy technology. What can I do to help?
Helena: You are helping by spreading the word that we are real, that we are aliens, and that we are coming in peace to help Mother Earth and to help all of its people who desire our help for peaceful purposes. Keep up the good work that you are doing. Great events are coming and you are helping prepare the way.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be pleased to do whatever I can, or whatever is asked of me to do, to help bring about a better world. I shall be with you tomorrow for more of your advice and council.
