Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is good. We aboard the Capricorn are being told that there will be the final delivery of the long-withheld bank documents this week. That is, as you well know, the only activity that is required before there can be the announcement of a change in government and our landing to be among you in the flesh.
We are highly motivated by the latest developments on your world, especially in North America, the land for our jurisdiction. We are pleased that the barrier to our landing will soon be removed. Then we shall be most pleased to be among you and especially for you to have two of our crew members in your new lab building. So do your best to get settled in your new lab building and ready for further experimental work. We shall allow our members to be with you in your new lab as soon as we have solved all the landing and acceptance problems. Be sure that you know how best to notify your own state and regional officials so that there will be no attempts to shoot us out of the skies.
That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We are most pleased with your daily (five days a week) communication with me. Do you know, as yet, the time of the change in government and the release of the funds?
Helena: We have to be guided by our telepathic reading of the changes in your government that will ensure that we can land in peace and then that we shall have released to us the right to come and go, at least at selected spots for our shuttles. The new interim president will be the one to remove the order to the Air Force to shoot us down. We shall have a message for that new president as soon as he or she is in place.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to be a part of the welcoming committee which will greet you on your "show-and-go" landing among us. I hope it will be very soon now. I shall be with you tomorrow.
