Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time. It is my pleasure to be with you each weekday morning and to impart some information that I have to help you in getting ready for a dramatic change in your government. If our information is correct and there are no further delays, then this will, FINALLY, be the week that the bank documents are delivered and that the NESARA announcement is made. That will be a great week for all of us. Then, we shall be able to work out arrangements with the new government so that we can have our fly-overs and our landings in your country.
Many of us, here aboard the Capricorn, shall be pleased to come and visit among you and to help with the great work that has been assigned to us by the Galactic Federation, to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. You will be one of the great helpers to accomplish that task. Of course, we shall honor our commitment to you to have two of our crew come and help you in your laboratory. That should mean that you will be able to get your new-energy technology up and running and in commercial production much sooner than would be the case without our help. That is my message this morning. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most grateful to welcome your crew members to our laboratory. It will be soon now, so I have been told, for us to be back in operation and have our funding made available to us. Then we shall welcome your two crew members to our laboratory. Do you have any suggestions as to what special arrangements we should make to welcome your crew members?
Helena: There is nothing special that you need to do. We have the time and the talent to help you, as soon as we are allowed to come to earth without being shot at. And, if our information is correct, the end of the concept of shooting us should soon be changed.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow, and hopefully, with some great news concerning the distribution of the bank documents.
