Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am two minutes late.
Helena: Good morning. You are perennially late. Why don't you get you an alarm clock to herald our conversation. However, i am here for you this morning. There are important changes that are being made to your government by your current administration. You should be very concerned about these governmental changes and do what you can to prevent or modify the changes that are trying to be introduced by your presidency rather than by your Congress. There are important changes that should be made in your government, however, it is important than these changes do not allow for a greater strength or control by the presidency. The government of the United States is designed to be properly balanced between the executive and the congressional offices. The changes are trying to be made without proper voting by your elected representatives are unconstitutional. You should do what you can to prevent these changes from being made. Your Congress must exercise its authority to ensure that any governmental changes are properly passed on by Congress. Both houses of Congress should be involved in voting on any government changes. These changes should not be allowed to be promulgated by the president or his staff. That is our message for you today. Any comments or questions?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall do what I can to contact my Congressional Representatives and ask them to intercede and ensure that any changes of our government are properly made through the combination of Congress and the presidency. I shall be with you tomorrow.
