Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good Morning. A little late but that is all right. We are pleased to see that you are having another beautiful earth day in your area but with some nearby rain. We shall be pleased to meet with you and share the experience of earth's changing weather patterns.
Now to more interesting business: There is a bit of consternation from some of our telepathic friends. It appears that some dramatic news keeps getting delayed. The change in your government will occur but our sources, similar to you, are not sure just when the final changeover will be made. Do you have any better inputs?
Lavar: From the inputs that I have, which are fairly good, it appears that the final funds distribution is due to have been completed today. I'll have more information within a couple of hours.
Helena: That is the great news that we all desire here on the Capricorn, the completion of the distributions of the funds that must occur before we are allowed to continue our landing plans.
New topic: There are many of us who desire to be involved directly with earth scientists and engineers. Our assignment from the Galactic Federation is for the cleaning up of the earth's atmosphere. As you and we know, we cannot do that task alone, we must change the way the earth's people are using the tons of fossil fuels in various ways, especially in motor vehicles. We are greatly pleased that your lab is one of the foremost in developing the type of energy that will replace the burning of gasoline. We are pleased to have two of our crew work with your laboratory. We are hopeful that there will be many others who will ask us for our help. We have many who are willing and even anxious to work with some of the earthlings in their labs to make use of the space-energy-tapping devices that we use. If you have any means for getting such earthlings together with us, we would be appreciative.
Lavar: Dear Helena, we shall be most pleased to share your concern with our many friends who read these messages in the Capricorn website. However, it will be very important for there to be a means by which those same people can communicate with you through the Internet. What can be done to speed up the building of the FTL equipment that has been discussed?
Helena: We understand. We shall do our best to ensure that the means for helping to build the FTL communicator is accomplished. We can assign a couple of our staff to work with those who are planning the FTL communicator. Tell your sources that we shall help as soon as we have the permission to land.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall forward your communication to the person who is working on that task here in the U.S.
