Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My illness is affecting my sense of timing. Are you still available?
Helena: Good morning. You have a big problem in communicating on time. However, I am aware of your hospitalization and your problems. I am still available and have a message for you and your friends.
There will soon be a dramatic change in your government. Then there will be the lifting of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. Then we will be able to come-and-go in your country and show you that we come in peace.
There is much good that we can do and will do as we are allowed to come-and-go among you. We desire to help in cleaning up Mother Earth's atmosphere. As you are aware your atmosphere is becoming highly polluted with the exhaust from the burning of fossil fuels. You will soon have the technology that will help to power your automobiles without there being so much pollution poured out into Mother Earth's atmosphere. Of course, this will begin in the United States and then, hopefully, spread to other countries. There will need to be much effort provided to expand the use of space energy in powering your automobiles, trucks, and homes. You are one of those who will, hopefully, be funded to help in the development of this space-tapping, new-energy technology. We will do what we can to help you. That is my message for you this morning. Please try to be on time tomorrow and hereafter. Your health has been essentially restored to near normal. Please be aware of our need to communicate with you at the appointed time.
