Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are soon to be a citizen of a new country. Rather your country's government is soon to return to proper constitutional government that was usurped in the 1930's as you know. This should be a momentous day for your country, and for the world. The bank documents have been essentially all delivered. The deliveries of those funds was a necessary prelude to the announcement that will soon be made.
You and your company will be the recipients of some of those funds that have been released. That will allow you and your laboratory companions to get back to work and complete the development of the charge-cluster technology that is so badly needed in your world. There has to be a technology that will change the way energy is produced so that there will be no atmospheric pollution. As you have been told, our assignment, given to us many years ago by the Galactic Federation, was to come to earth and help clean up her atmosphere. We have been prevented from accomplishing our assignment. However, events that have now transpired will allow us to have our fly-overs and the landing in your valley to show that we are aliens and that we come in peace.
We are most anxious to be able to come and be with you and to begin the work that we are assigned to accomplish. That will be a great day for us - and for you and your countrymen. It will not be long now, if our information is correct, before we shall be coming to be among you. First we will have our fly-overs and then, later, when it is assured that we come in peace and that we will not be of any great problems to your country, then we shall be among you and helping to accomplish our mission. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me, today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall welcome your coming among us. We have many requests for your special talents from some of our friends. We are especially interested in those among you who are medical specialists and who will be helping to restore to health some of, or many of, our citizens that request healing help. In fact, I have some modest problems that could use such healing help. How soon do you expect to be able to have your fly-overs?
Helena: That will depend on the actions taken by your government. We expect that there will be strong government changes this week end. Then the new government can remove the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot us down. Then we can have our fly-overs and a landing in your valley. I am sure that you will be pleased to be a part of that historic event.
Lavar: YES! I shall be most pleased to witness the coming of your shuttles and the landing in our valley of one of your shuttles. I shall be with you again on Monday.
