Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am early but hope that you can communicate with me.
Helena: Yes. You are early, however, we are available to share information with you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. What message do you have for me, this morning.
Helena: We are pleased that there is, FINALLY, great progress being made in making the funding arrangements that must precede the declaration of PEACE that is so important to us for our planning our first contact with you and others.
Lavar: Do you have, as yet, any specific timing on the completion of the distribution of the funds?
Helena: Not precisely, however, some of our telepathic contracts are being assured that there will be the release of all necessary funds by the banks to their various recipient customers today (at least for the bulk of the distribution). There may be a few persons who they may not be able to contact to deliver the bank papers today.
The next step will be the release of the "humanitarian" funds. That work is in progress even as we speak. Your friend Dr. Michrowski and his funder have already received information that the funds will be available shortly, a least expected to be able to get funds to you from CEPA, LLC by the 15 of June, 2005, Right?
Lavar: That is what we have been informed, as of yesterday.
Helena: We still have a great work to do to achieve our full goals, however, the release of the funds are highly important to us. With specific delivery information, then we can accurately plan for our show-and-tell landings in your valley and elsewhere, without having to be chased by your Air Force jets. That is my message this morning. Any questions?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. After the "show and go" landings, what will be your top priorities?
Helena: It is important to us to be able to help guide some of you folks in the further exploration of the best means to prepare for developing further your embryonic space technology. Some of the new-energy devices that you are working with will become very important for use in space.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be pleased to have you finally among us and visiting with us in person, where and when that becomes possible.
Helena: We shall be pleased to meet you and offer our help.
