Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 31 May 2007
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. This will be a great day for your country. There will finally be the release of the bank documents or rather the delivery of those documents to the many recipients. Then there will soon be an announcement from your government as to dramatic changes that will soon take place: the restoration of your constitutional government. That will be a great day for all Americans and, eventually, for all mankind. There will be plenty of funds made available. Those who are recipients of the funds will be helping others who are not recipients of funds. You and your friends will be helped by some of the recipients by them investing funds in your company. That will be a great time for you and enable you to get back into full-scale operation of your laboratory. In addition, you will soon have, as we understand, significant grant funds. Then you will be able to return to a full-scale operation of your laboratory and be among those who will help change the way the world produces and distributes energy.
We shall have some of our crew members to be with you in your laboratory, after we are allowed to have our fly-overs and landings. That will greatly decrease the time that it will take for you to develop a commercial prototype of a new-energy device. As we have told you before, the technology that you are developing and tapping into the vast energy of space is similar to the energy technology that we use here aboard the Capricorn. You will have great help from our two crew members who will soon be with you. At least our contacts tell us that there will very soon be the resignations of your president and vice-president and then the announcement of a return to constitutional government and, including, the withdrawal of orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. That will be a long-awaited day for us. Then we shall be with you to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me, today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. It is my great privilege to communicate with you. Hopefully, we shall soon welcome your crew members to help us in our lab. Is there any special equipment that we should consider adding to our laboratory to help in our development?
Helena: It will be best for us to have our two crew members with you in your laboratory. They may have some suggestions to make of special equipment that you can buy or develop. It may be possible for us to provide some special equipment for you that is not yet available from your earth sources.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your crew members come and work with us. It will be a great pleasure to have that assistance in the great work that we have committed to accomplish. I shall be with you tomorrow.
