Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 31 May 2006
Lavar: A bit of problems this morning dear Helena. I hope that you are available to communicate with me this morning, alhough I am a few minutes late.
Helena: I am available and have been waiting for you.
Lavar: Thank you dear friend Helena. What is your message for me this morning?
Helena: There is much consternation in your nation's capitol. There are great changes that are being enforced on the present adminstration and will be soon be dealt with. There will finally be the release of the funds that have been held up for several years. That will be of great value to many of the recipients of those funds who invested in the prosperity programs several years ago. There is great wealth that will be returned to many people in your country. Several of these wealthy persons will be sending funds to invest in your company and that will be a great benefit for your activities. You will be able to considerably expand your present plans for the development of new energy technology. And, very important for your efforts, you will have two of our crew members to be with you in your laboratory and helping to develop the new-energy tecnnology that taps into the vast energy of space as we do here on the Capricorn. However, our devices are manufactured by means that are not, as yet, availableto you. Therefore, there will be some changes that will be made so that the new energy device that will be developed with our help will be able to be manufactured by your preset technology, perhaps, with some new adjustments.
We are pleased that you have come as far as you have in new energy studies and developments. That will be of considerable benefit to us in helping us achieve our assignment to clean up the earth's atmosphere that has become so polluted form the burning of fossil fuels. We shall be pleased to help you in that regards. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any further questions for me today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to know of the timing of your first shuttle landing here in our valley. Do you have a firm date as yet for that landing?
Helena: Not yet, There will have to be the release of the orders to shoot us down and then the time of our first landing can be establshed. However, it will be on a Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. as you have been previouly told.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
