Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 30 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to communicate with you this morning. There will soon be some dramatic changes in your government. Then there will soon be the admission that our starship is real and that we are here to help your North American friends. It will be our privilege, after many months of delays, to be able to come-and-go among you and to help in reducing the level of carbon dioxide in Mother Earth's atmosphere. Of course, you have been told that we cannot do this all by ourselves. There are several other starships that are assigned to other countries. With the help of all of us, and with some dramatic changes in your way to doing things, Mother Earth's atmosphere can be improved. If we are not able to do this much needed changes to your atmosphere, it would soon be difficult for some of the elderly and ill persons to be able to breath and be sustained by your atmosphere. Therefore, it is very important to us, and to your world, for these changes to be made and the sooner, the better.
We are pleased that you are able to communicate with us. It is important that we have our message sent to, received by, and shared with many others. Hopefully, some of our information will soon be able to be further spread around the world on your wonderful world-girdling Internet.
There is much that we can do to help Mother Earth and her citizens. We are assigned to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere, however, there is much more that we can do to help, however, we must be asked to do so. You have asked us to help prevent the tornadoes from doing so much damage. We shall be able to do that as soon as our shuttles can come-and-go among you. If you have any means by which you can change the way your government treats our shuttles (as enemies) please do so.
Lavar: Dear Helena. I wish that there were means at my disposal to help get the orders to the Air Force released "to shoot down any UFOs". That change will have to come from our president. However, it is my understanding that we shall soon have the resignations of our current presidency announced. I will do my best to get a message to the new president to remove the orders to the Air Force. Is there anything else that I can do to help?
Helena: That will be a great task for you to accomplish. Do the best you can. We shall do all we can to help you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you again on Monday, hopefully with some dramatic changes having been made in our government.
