Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena, I am a bit early this morning. Are you available?
Helena: Just a moment. [pause] Yes, I am available. There is much to observe in these final days for your president and some of his coharts before they leave office.
According to our source in Washington, D.C., here will be a change in your government very soon now. Of course, we know that you have been expecting that this change would occur, however, most of the citizens of your country will be very surprised when they find that they will be faced with an interim government and that new elections will be called.
New topic: We shall be pleased at the change in your government provided that there is a rapid change in the orders to the Air Force to shoot us down. Then we can come among you in peace and demonstrate that we are your alien friends and that we are assigned to help Mother Earth.
I sense that you have a question for me, correct?
Lavar: Yes Dear Helena. How will the new interim president know that there should be a change in the Air Force orders?
Helena: A good question. We have contacts at high levels that will immediately contact the new government officials. It is expected that they will not be burdened by having to follow the edicts of the wealthy who have controlled your government for so many years. Our contacts will specify that we are here to help and that the orders to shoot us down must be removed so that we can do our assigned tasks.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena.
Helena: To continue. There is much for us to do as soon as we are assured that there will be no attempts to shoot us out of your skies. We have important tasks to perform that have been assigned to us by the Galactic Federation, as you know. In addition, we desire to help others, such as your lab, who have already asked for our assistance. We, therefore, have a lot of work to be done and we have been held in abeyance for many years waiting for events to occur that would allow us to land and perform our assignments. That is my message this morning. Do you have any further questions?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall welcome your coming among us. No further questions this morning.
