Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time, as usual. There are great events about ready to happen in your country. There will soon be the culmination of the deliveries of the bank documents to the many recipients. That event should culminate this week. Then there will be the announcement of the NESARA program with the return to constitutional government, as you know. That will be an historic day and soon to occur.
Many of us here aboard the Capricorn have waited many years for this day to happen. It will be a great historic day for you and your countrymen. Then these events will soon be followed the events that will allow for our comings, our flyovers, and our landing in your valley. That will be a great day for you.
We have waited many years to be able to fulfill our assignment to come and help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. We are pleased that we are in communication with you and that your laboratory will soon be restored. You are one of the few who are directly involved in the development of new technology that will replace the burning of fossil fuels. We shall be most pleased to help you in that important development task. Those two members of our crew who are assigned to help you in the development of your technology are anxious to be there with you in your laboratory. I know that you will welcome them to your lab. That is my message for you this morning. Nothing much that is new to you. However, we are most pleased that these important events are soon to occur. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to greet your shuttle when the landing happens and, especially, to welcome your two crew members to our laboratory. Is there anything that I need to do to accommodate those two crew members?
Helena: They will have all the knowledge that they will need. The important development will be for them to make use of what we would consider antiquated equipment to make a commercial version of the charge-cluster technology. However, we will have the help of your staff to acquire what items are needed. We shall be pleased to be there among you and to help in the development of this new-to-you technology.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall welcome your crew members to our laboratory. I shall be with you tomorrow.
