Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 28 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. There is a great deal of information and misinformation that is being paraded before your countrymen by your news media. There is very little of honest reporting concerning the coming changes in your government. It is well known, by many, that there will soon be some dramatic changes in your government with the resignations of your president and vice-president. That will come as a surprise to most of Americans and most of the world. Of course, you know and we know that most Americans are little concerned about their government and its activities.
There is much to be accomplished before we can have our landings and our fly-overs. The most important task is for the new president to release the orders to the U.S. Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs (which, of course, includes our shuttles). We have been held up for several years from doing our assigned tasks in helping to clean up Mother Earth's atmospheric pollution. It is very important to us to have those orders to your Air Force rescinded. Hopefully, it will soon happen.
Lavar: Is there anything that I can do to help remove those orders?
Helena: Those orders were issued by a former president of the U.S. and there can be no change to those orders except by a president of the United States. The only thing that you can do would be to write a letter or send a cable to your new president to ensure that he knows about the orders to the Air Force and that he is the only one than can release those orders.
Lavar: I shall do that!
Helena: Good! It cannot hurt and maybe it will help in getting the release of our shuttles so that we can continue in our long-delayed efforts to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. That is my message, this morning. Do you have any further questions for me?
Lavar: How soon will the information about the release of the new currency be made available to our countrymen?
Helena: I am not sure. That will be decisions that will be made by your new government. As you know the current administration has been most careful to prevent such an announcement from being made. Therefore, it will take the announcement of the resignations of your presidency to be declared before we can expect there to be the release of the new currency.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
