Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 27 May 2009
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I was on the other computer and am a few minutes late.
Helena: Good morning. You have a hard time is keeping our appointment on time. However, I am still available and have a message for you.
You are soon to be fully funded. You have been told to expect the funds to be placed in your company's bank account. You will want to check and see if the funds did get transferred.
You will have sufficient funds to get back into full operation in your laboratory. Then, as soon as your government releases the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down, we will come and deliver two of our crew to help you to speed up the commercial development of your new-energy technology. You have been promised that help for several months. We are displeased with the current actions of your government that prevents us from coming and showing your countrymen that we are aliens but that we come in peace. We are expected to help reduce the pollution in your atmosphere. Of course, we have to make use of your technology or help you to develop new technology that will reduce the burning of fossil fuels. As you have been told, we are pleased that you and your laboratory have been struggling to develop the new-energy technology that you believe will help in the reduction of atmospheric pollution. You are correct, however, you are really struggling to get that technology properly developed for commercial use. That is where we can help you. We shall do our best to get our two crew members to come and work with you, even if we have to come cloaked to delver them to your laboratory. Of course, you must get your laboratory up and running as soon as possible, before we can come and help you.
Lavar: I shall be receiving the funds with which to purchase the laboratory building. Those funds have been promised to be sent to our company's bank account this week, hopefully today. I shall do my best to get the laboratory back in full operation as fast as I can. I will keep you informed as to our progress. I am blessed to have your crew members scheduled to come and help us.
