Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 27 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and appreciated. There is much that is going on in your country, mostly the successes must be awarded to those who have prevented the deliveries of the bank documents and the announcement of the change in your government that is soon to be announced. Hopefully, this week will see that these new efforts are being properly pursued and that there will, very soon now, be a culmination of efforts and that there will be the deliveries of the bank documents to the thousands of recipients. Then there can be the announcement of the change in your government that we will be pleased to have happen.
Much of our efforts here aboard the Capricorn are held up or stopped by the peculiar, long-ago, orders to the U.S. Air Force to shoot down any UFOs. We have been several years waiting to let ourselves be known to your countrymen. However, we are assured that there will very soon now, be the release of those bank documents and then we will soon thereafter, be able to have our long-delayed fly-overs. That will be a great day for us.
You have asked if we can help with the control of severe weather so that there will be less tornadoes. As I have replied, we can do that but we must use our shuttles to make some changes in the upper atmosphere weather patterns. We shall be pleased, where asked to do so, to make those changes that will prevent such disastrous damage to your country's homes and even loss of life. All of that destruction is unnecessary. We can help. Hopefully, there will soon be an end to the delays that have prevented us from having our fly-overs and our coming-and-going among you. You have asked for our help to stop the unnecessary destructive weather patterns. We are willing and able to do so. Hopefully there will, very soon now, come the government changes that will finally, after several years, allow for us to come-and-go, and to help with the changes to your atmosphere that will be badly damaging to you (in terms of the abundance of CO2) unless there is a reduction in that atmospheric pollution. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be pleased to have you able to come-and-go among us with your shuttles. I know that you will be able to greatly help us in many ways, with your advanced technology. What more can I do to help get your technology here, understood, and used to help our country?
Helena: Keep up the good work. You are doing your best and it is greatly appreciated. We understand that there will soon now be the release of the orders to shoot down our shuttles. Then we shall have our long-delayed fly-overs and be among you and help you. We still desire to have two of our crew come and help you in your new laboratory.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
