Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Sorry I am a minute late!
Helena: Good morning. Yes! You have a hard time to be on time. However, with only a minute I am still here to give you a message.
There will soon be some dramatic changes in your government. There will be a return to constitutional government after many decades of less-than-legal government. Your government will be changed back to the laws, regulations, and authorities that you had in the 1930s before President Roosevelt began to make changes in the government that are not legally accomplished.
There will be much that can be accomplished by you and your friends when you realize that you are a part of the group that will be welcoming the return to proper government in these United States. You and your friends will need to tell all of your friends, especially on the Internet, that these government changes are for the benefit of this nation.
With the coming distribution of the bank documents to the "prosperity funds" investors (investments made many years ago) there will be a surge of additional funds that will be moving into the commerce. That will help many as those funds circulate through your economy.
That is my message for you today. Do you have any questions or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. Do you have any comments about the time of your shuttles to be coming to visit with us and show that you are coming in peace and coming to help America and Americans?
Helena: We do not know for sure just when we will have our fly- overs and our demonstrations that we are alien to your world but that we come to help Mother Earth restore her polluted atmosphere to a better level. You and your group can help by getting your new-energy technology into commercial production. We will do all we can to help you. When we are allowed to come-and-go without your Air Force trying to shoot us down, we will have two of our crew come to help you in your laboratory.
