Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 26 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena, I am pleased to greet you this Monday morning.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being here and at the appointed time. There is much going on in your political arenas. Your current presidency and many of the appointed officials are either leaving office or knowing that they will soon be leaving (kicked out of) office. The big change that will be soon made, hopefully today, will be the return to constitutional government by the removal of many government changes that have been made beginning with your President Roosevelt. There have been several decades of changes made to your government and the way it operates, none of which have been voted on by the population and, therefore, are not proper and are subject to the coming removal of these changes from your government and the restoration of proper and legal government by going back to the original constitution of these United States prior to the illegal changes that were made. The end result in going to be a great and blessed change to your government. However, there will be much consternation and many changes in illegal government agencies. It will take some time to get all of those changes made to your government.
We, here aboard the Capricorn, will be pleased to do what we can to help alleviate some of the problems that will arise. However, as you know, we cannot come and help until there is a change in the constitution which removes the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. We are assured that those changes will soon be made but that it will take the coming change in your government with the announced resignations of your current presidency, before those changes can be effected and our shuttles will be allowed to come-and-go among you.
You are concerned about the drastic tornadoes that are destroying so much of your homes and businesses in the middle of America. As you have asked, we can help control the weather, however, we must have access to those regions by our shuttles. Hopefully, the required changes that prevent our fly-overs will soon be made. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall welcome your coming among us with your shuttles. I would very much like to be able to remove the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down any shuttles. I understand that it will take the coming of a new president to remove those orders. Hopefully, that will occur very soon now. Is there anything that I can do to hasten the time of the coming of two of your crew to help us in our laboratory?
Helena: Not much that you can do until there is a restoration of proper constitutional government. However, if our information is correct, that will soon happen.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall call on you tomorrow. Hopefully, this Decoration Day (when we decorate the graves of our deceased relatives) will also be the day when the announcement of our new government will take place.
