Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 23 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being with me each weekday morning. It is becoming very important for us, here aboard the Capricorn, to be involved in what is going on in your country. If our information is correct, there will be a dramatic announcement of a return to constitutional law for your government today. That will come as a great surprise to many and, we understand, that this announcement will be followed, very soon, by the announcement of the resignations of your president and vice-president. That action will come as an additional surprise to many or most of your nation's population. These are rare and important events that will go down in history.
There is not much that these announcements will do for an immediate release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. However, that important event will likely soon follow the dramatic changes in your government. We are ready to show you that we exist and that we come in peace and that we come to help reduce the earth's atmospheric contamination of so much CO2. You are well aware of that fact, however, most of your countrymen are entirely oblivious to our existence. Hopefully, with the dramatic changes in your government, there will soon be a change in the orders to shoot us down.
We are not sure just what the dramatic announcement that will be made today for your return to constitutional law will mean to our coming to help you. Hopefully, it will mean that your government will return to its former freedom from the handling of unauthorized (by citizens or laws) government agencies. There will be a great deal of interest in the changes that will occur, especially in your financial agencies. It is my understanding that you will have a new currency that will be backed by precious metals. That will be a great improvement. It will be interesting to me and our crew to try to determine what affect this government change will have on our landings and fly-overs. Hopefully, there will soon be our coming to be among you. That is my ramblings this morning. Any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your fly-overs and, also, to have a return to constitutional government. This should be a very interesting weekend. Do you have any suggestions as to what I might do to help hasten your coming among us?
Helena: No, I don't. We will have to learn a lot more about what your new government will be doing, especially with respect to aliens like ourselves. We do understand that the British government is showing pictures about UFOs. That should elicit considerable interest in our shuttles.
Lavar: Thank you dear friend. I shall be with you on Monday.
