Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being on time. There are great events that are soon to occur that will impact what you are trying to accomplish. I know that you are anxious to get back into full operation in your laboratory. Hopefully, you will soon be provided the funds that you need for that task. Your Canadian friend will soon have his funds and be able to wire the funds to your bank account. That will provide you the with financial means to be able to carry out the work that you are expected to accomplish.
We shall be pleased to provide help for you whether or not your nation's leaders remove the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. As you know our starship, assigned to North America, can be seen by looking into the sky, especially over much of the Western United States. We will soon, we believe, have the freedom to come-and-go with our shuttles and help those of you who have asked or will ask for our help. As you know, our major effort is to help reduce the level of atmospheric pollution over your country. We are pleased that you are working on technology that will also help to reduce atmospheric pollution by replacing the burning of fossil fuels. That is very pleasing and important to us. We shall be pleased to do all we can to help you in our efforts to provide commercial new-energy devices to power automobiles, homes, and offices. That is my message for you this morning. Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am blessed to be able to converse with you. I have been told to expect the funds that we need to get back into full operation in our laboratory. The funds from our Canadian friend are expected this coming week. Do you have any suggestions as to what we need to do to have the help of your two crew members?
Helena: Just get your laboratory fully equipped. As you have been told, the use of a mass spectrometer would be helpful. If our understanding is correct, you would be able to purchase a used one and not have to wait for one to be built. Is that correct?
Lavar: Yes. That is my understanding. I believe that it is still available. We will find out more as soon as we receive the long-delayed funds that are supposed to become available this coming week. No questions today.
