Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is appreciated. This will be a dramatic week for you, your country, and for all of us here aboard the Capricorn. We are ready to witness the long-withheld changes in your government and a return to constitutional government. We are being told that this will be the week for that great event to happen. Perhaps it will become known as a great holiday event in your country, however, it will be very close to your Memorial Day. What an important Memorial Day it will become.
There is not much that you will be required to do, however, you will witness some dramatic changes in your government. We shall do the best we can to help make those changes more palatable and understood to your citizens and to the world. The change to constitutional government, as it was in the early 1930s, will be of great interest to all. However, it will come as a great surprise to most of your citizens. They do not understand that for many years your country has not be operating under its constitution.
We shall be most pleased to watch the results and we expect the changes to be made without there being any great conflict from any sources. There are those who would do their best to steal whatever they could steal while the changes are being made. However, we are quite sure that your police force will be sensitive to the changes and that they will be doing their best to ensure that the changes are made legally and peacefully. You may have the opportunity to let many of your friends know about the coming changes. They, in turn can tell their friends. Hopefully, there will be some of your news media that will properly understand what is going on and they will be able to inform many others through there publications or radio broadcasts. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall do all I can to help inform others about the coming changes, beginning with the sending out of this message from you. I will also ask others to share this information with their friends. Is there anything else that you would like me to do to help with the changes to our government?
Helena: Just do the best you can to share your information with others. Be sure and tell your church authorities about the coming changes if you can.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall do my best to get the message made known to others. I shall be with you tomorrow.
