Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 21 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am a few minutes late this morning. Please forgive me.
Helena: Good morning. Yes, you are a few minutes late. However, I have been waiting to get your attention.
There is considerable evidence that your present administration is soon to be changed. Hopefully, the changes will occur while the president is out of the country. There are great opportunities for good changes to take place so that there is the proper restoration of good government for America. We shall be pleased to witness the coming changes in your government and the resignations of your president and vice-president. We are assured that such changes will soon happen.
There is much good that we can do, when we are allowed to come and be among you. For example, as you are well informed, we shall be able to provide a great deal of help for your group by having two of our crew come and assist you in the more rapid and more complete development of your charge-cluster technology. We shall be pleased to do that.
There is much that can be done to help alleviate some of the energy-pollution problems in your country. You will have our help in accomplishing some of those efforts. There is much good that will come from our working together. Eventually, we will have our fly-overs, our landings, and then, at the appropriate time in the development of your political system, we will be free to come-and-go among you and among those who will be working with us in other parts of North America. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. My apologies for being late. Is there anyway that your group can help restore better government in Mexico. I understand that the current government is controlled, essentially, by those who are importing drugs into America. Please let me know what can be done by your group to help cure this terrible situation.
Helena: When we are allowed to come-and-go with our shuttles, we will certainly be able to help control the distribution of drugs that come from Mexico. We can detect those drugs and be able to control the movement of drug shipments. It is of benefit to us to not have such drugs made available to your citizens. There are great wastes of intelligent efforts that could otherwise be applied to making this country and this world a better place.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. Please do all you can to control the drug traffic, as soon as you can do so. I shall be with you more closely when we are funded and your crew members are helping us. I shall try my best to be on time hereafter.
