Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time. Thank you for your week day communication with me. This will be an important week in your country, if our information is correct this time. We are being told that there will, finally, be the delivery of the bank documents to the recipients. Then that will be followed by an announcement of the change in your government. There will be the announcement of the resignations for your President and Vice-President finally to be accepted. Then there will be a new president, to preside until there can be new elections. The most important event that will soon occur, will be the change in your government with the return to constitutional government as it was in the 1930s before the changes that were made and not properly adopted to the constitution during the Roosevelt administration.
Much of our doings among you will be to ensure that there is a proper understanding of the true nature of your government. There will be the release or change in the Federal Reserve System and the new currency, that is now being held in bank headquarters, will finally be distributed. The new Treasury Reserve currency will be buttressed by precious metals. That will be quite a change from the Federal Reserve Notes that have been used during your life time. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to see, finally, the changes that you have been telling me about for these many months of our conversations. Is there anything that I should be doing to help in these coming changes to be made?
Helena: You are doing a good job in getting our message to share with others. Keep up the good work of communicating with me each weekday morning. We will help pave the way for the changes to be made and, hopefully, help ensure that there will be less commotion or disruption of any of our governing agencies in your country.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
