Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 19 May 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. You are much concerned about the coming changes to your government. You should be. There are, according to our contact in Washington, D.C. to be an announcement, very soon now, of the resignations of your president and vice-president. That will cause a great deal of commotion among many both in Washington, D.C. and throughout your country. There is not much that you need to do, however, there are dramatic changes coming by a return to constitutional government. It will mean a return to government that you have not had in your nation since the 1930s. You will soon be able to witness some dramatic changes. These changes will be for the better of your country. In addition, I believe that those changes will allow for us to have our fly-overs and our landing in your valley. That will be a good time for you and for us.
There is not much need for you to be overly concerned about the coming changes. Please understand that we are here to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and we shall soon be able to get about doing our assigned task. In addition, we are allowed, as you have been told, to do other things that we are requested to do. However, there must not be any weapons or conflict involved. For example, we can help you in your laboratory, as you have requested. You have many friends who read these communications with you from me. They will be able to contact us and ask for help for what they are doing or developing. We shall be pleased to help. We will soon be able to be with you and have our two assigned helpers assist you in your laboratory activities. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be delighted to have your help. However, I first have to get our funds and set up the laboratory. Do you have any comments about the receipt of our funds that have been long promised?
Helena: You will soon have your funds, according to our Washington, D.C. contact. Your president is out of the country and the events are advancing so that the bank documents will be delivered. In addition, your Canadian friend will have his funds probably by tomorrow.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to welcome your crew coming to help us. I shall be with you tomorrow.
