Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 18 May 2009
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am a few minutes late!
Helena: Good morning. Yes you are late. You have a problem in contacting me at the appointed time. See what you can do to change! However, I have a message for you and your friends. You will soon be assured that there will be our coming in one of our shuttles to visit with you at your laboratory site. So do your best to get your laboratory building ready. We expect that it will not be many more days before the orders to shoot down any UFOs is removed from your Air Force standing orders. Then we shall be able to come-and-go in our desired visits to earth, including a visit to your area of operation. We expect to be able to come to your area, near to your laboratory, and show you and your fellow citizens that we come in peace. Hopefully, there will soon be the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. Do what you can to help get those orders removed. I assume that you know where to direct your comments or suggestions.
Lavar: Yes. I know where to make the suggestions. However, I am not sure that my suggestions will be observed. However, I will try at the time that you desire for me to make the contact.
Helena: Good. Hopefully, it won't be long now and you will be able to declare our presence as being real and that we come in peace. I know that you have been sharing these messages with your friends. In turn, many of your friends have been sharing these message with their friends. Hopefully, there will soon be a general acceptance of our presence and the admission by your government that we exist and that we come in peace. Do what you can to help in making this information available to others.
Lavar: I shall do what I can to spread the word of your coming and that you come in peace.
