Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I appreciate that you are right on schedule. There are great events that are transpiring in your government that will lead to some dramatic changes and the whole nation will benefit. There will soon be the restoration of constitutional government for your country and the world will benefit. The bank documents have been delivered, or will be by the end of this week. There will be an announcement from your government of, at least, some of the changes that will be made. Probably the changes will be announced separately over the next few days. However, we are assured that there will be a government announcement this week end. That will come as a great surprise to most of the citizens of America.
The major change will be in the form of government. There are several departments of your government that have no legal basis under the correct constitution. The changes were made in the 1930s without the proper consent of Congress. It will come as a great surprise to most of the citizens of your country as to the changes and the need for these changes to restore proper constitutional government. Are you ready for such changes to be announced?
Lavar: Yes dear Helena. We are ready for the changes and for the release of the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. Then you will be able to come and visit with us, correct?
Helena: That is correct. We shall be most pleased for the removal of the orders so that we can come and show by our fly-overs and landings that we are alien to your world, that we come in peace, and that we have an assignment to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. We are pleased that your group has already begun operations to help clean up the earth's atmosphere. We shall be most pleased to have two of our crew come to help you in your laboratory. Do you have any questions for me, today?
Lavar: Is it true that some of our citizens can request help from you and that your crew will help where requested?
Helena: As long as the requests do not involve any harmful devices, such as weapons, then we are authorized to do what we can to honor all such requests. Those with telepathic contacts will be the easiest for us to hear and reply to.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. There should be a considerable increase in the interest in telepathic communication. I shall be with you again on Monday, unless you have some special announcement for me.
