Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for your promptness. There are great events that are pending for your country. Your present administration is out of compliance with the proper laws and regulations of your country. However, as you have been told, your nation has had many legal changes made to its laws by various presidents and various administrations since the 1930s. Change were begun by President Roosevelt and have continued under most of the presidencies since. There will soon be a return to constitutional government as it was in the 1930s. And that is very important. You will need to let your friends know of the coming changes and ensure that they understand that such a return to legal government will be, in the long run, for the benefit of your country and its citizens.
There is much good that can be accomplished by this return to constitutional government. There are many laws and regulations that have been illegally imposed on your country. Those laws and regulations will have to be rescinded and will be rescinded by the return to constitutional government. You will be expected to do what you can to support this return to constitutional government. Your publication, The Journal of New Energy, will be expected to have articles or announcements about the importance of such changes and return to constitutional government. Do you have any problem with accepting and acting on this assignment?
Lavar: No problem here. I shall be pleased to do what I can to have such a return to constitutional government. Just let me know what I can best do to help.
Helena: Thank you. You will have lots of opportunities to help in restoring proper government. In addition, you are expected to continue your work in providing much better non-polluting energy sources. As you have been told, we shall have two of our crew to come and help you in your new-energy development. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions or comments?
