Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 14 May 2009
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am two minutes late. Please forgive me.
Helena: Good morning. You do have a problem of contacting me on schedule. However, you are forgiven. There will soon be the release of the funds that you require to get back into operation in your laboratory. Hopefully, there will be no further delays. We are ready to come and help you. As you have been told, two of our crew have been selected from among many volunteers, and will be coming to work with you in your laboratory. However, as you have been told, we will have to have the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down before we can send one of our shuttles to your area and deliver these two volunteers. In the mean time, do your best to get your laboratory back in full operation. It is my understanding that you will soon have the long-delayed funds released to you. Is that the same information that you receive?
Lavar: Yes. I have been told to expect the release of the bank documents within the next few days. Then we will be busy getting the laboratory building purchased and the equipment moved in and made ready for proper use. We shall be most pleased to have your two volunteers come and work with us. We are assured that wilh the help of your crew it will allow us to have a much better commercial product developed and introduced to the market. Is there anything that I need to do to help remove any further barriers to your coming to work with us?
Helena: I have been told by our New York contact that all is properly accomplished so that there will soon be the removal of the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down any of our shuttles. Of course, we can defend ourselves, however, we deem it very important, even necessary, for your government to provide the regulations that will allow for us to come-and-go in your atmosphere without there being Air Force orders to try to shoot us down. That is my message for you this morning. Do what you can to help get these Air Force orders removed.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I will see what I can do. However, I have been told that those orders are scheduled to be released very soon now. My understanding is that it is part of the NESARA program that is supposed to be announced very soon now.
Note: If you, the reader, desire to have shuttle landings in your area, then find a person who has telepathic capability to communicate directly with the crew of the Capricorn and ask for information about a local shuttle landing.
