Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 12 May 2009
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am a few minutes late. Are you available?
Helena: Good morning. Yes. I am available. However, you were certainly not available yesterday. What happened?
Lavar: I had computer problems My apologies!
Helena: All right. You are soon to be funded, so my sources are telling me. That will mean that we will be expecting to provide a couple of our crew to help you in your laboratory. Is that still your understanding?
Lavar: Yes! That is my understanding. I shall be very pleased to have the help of your two crew members. I am sure that there is much advanced scientific information that they can bring that will speed up the commercial development of our new-energy technology. Is there any special equipment that we will need to accommodate the help of your two crew members?
Helena: No. They will be expected to make use of the equipment that you have available. However, it will be good for you to have a mass spectrometer if you can manage that purchase or acquisition.
Lavar: We do plan to having a mass spectrometer. We have been told of the availability of a used one. We shall welcome your crew members. Is there anything that we should do to make their coming more acceptable to our government agencies?
Helena: We believe that there are forces now in operation that will remove the barriers from your government's willingness to let the people know that our starship is in your skies and that we are assigned to help North America. However, if it is still necessary, we can bring the two crew members to you in a cloaked shuttle.
Lavar: Thank you dear friend Helena. I shall welcome your help.
