Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am a few minutes late.
Helena: Good morning. Yes! You are late. However, I am available for you this morning. There are considerable problems coming to your president. He will desire to resolve all these problems by using his staff members to handle the problems that he will assign to them. That is a reasonable idea, however, there is no assurance that those who will be assigned specific problems will have either the experience or the skills to resolve the problems that they are given. The end result may be that there will be many problems that will not be resolved properly.
Much of what can be done by your present government, in terms of the problems that are facing these United States, will not be completely effective. However, credit must be given for the attempts to resolve or solve the many problems that come to the leaders of any large government. Your leaders will do their best, however, they will need to learn to assign various problems to those who are the best able to solve the problems that are given to them. It is certainly not an easy task. What needs to be done is to set up a committee of experts who will be able to properly guide the selection of those chosen to solve specific problems in government. That is not an easy task. It will be interesting to see what will be accomplished by the present administration.
There is much that can be done by folks like you. Some of you who will be reading this message have the skills that are needed to resolve some of the problems that face your nation and, especially, your government. Volunteers are needed. If you, the reader of this message, have some of the skills needed, please volunteer your services. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions or comments?

Helena: Go to the highest level of the agency that you desire to help. Ask what their biggest problems are and volunteer to help with one of those problems.
