Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. I have an important message for you this morning. There are great events that are transpiring this week in your country and these events will reverberate throughout the world. There is, finally, the deliveries of the prosperity funds to the thousands of recipients. That will allow for your funds to be released. Of more importance is that there will be an announcement of some changes in your government. This great event will soon occur. There will then be a return to constitutional government that has not been effective since the 1930s, as you know. Then there will be a dramatic change in your government's use of funds. There will be a changeover from the privately owned Federal Reserve to the publicly owned U.S. Treasury Reserve and the new currency that has been ready for several years will be exchanged for the worthless (in terms of precious metal backing) Federal Reserve currency that you have been using for many years.
There is much good that will come to the world due to the changes in your government. There will finally be the recognition that the war in Iraq was deliberately developed by the bombing of the trade towers. It will be learned that the those who control the present administration have killed thousands of young men so that they could obtain the oil in Iraq. There will be massive arrests of some of those in charge. There will be the fleeing of many others, including your president, That will come as a great surprise to most of your countrymen. However, peace will soon be declared and your country will receive our help in restoring prosperity to your countrymen. That is my important message for you this morning. Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to partake of the dramatic, historic changes that are soon to be announced. I am especially pleased that there will be a return to constitutional government. That will, I assume, be good news for all the world. Do you have any suggestions for what I can do to help in these important changes?
Helena: You are helping. Your messages from me are being sen to many by your efforts and, more important, some of the recipients are sending my messages to you to many others. That is of great pleasure to us. We shall be pleased to try to reward some of those who have helped get my messages to many other people.
