Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 30 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am pleased that our snow storm does not slow down your communication with us.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to greet you this morning, after your snow storm. We are certainly not much affected by your storms. However, we will have some doings in helping with a more uniform distribution of your weather patterns when we are in better communication with your leaders. We have listened to your requests and have helped, to some extent, to get more moisture into your Western U.S.
There will soon be the time for us to come and be among you. If our information is correct, there will soon be the announcement of the distribution of your bank documents to the many recipients that have waited so long, as we have, for this event to take place. We do understand that there must be the distribution of the bank documents to the thousands of recipients before there will be the resignations announced of your presidency. That should soon come to pass. Then we shall have our fly-overs, at long last, and one of our shuttles will land in your valley.
Lavar: I surely hope that you are faced with excellent weather when the time for your landing comes so that we will be able to come and visit with you and witness the landing of your shuttle and observe that some of your crew are certainly aliens.
Helena: Yes. We will manage to have good weather, even if we have to use our efforts to help with the weather. It won't be long now before we shall be able to have our long-delayed fly- overs. We have a great work to do to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere, as you know. And the problem has gotten much worse while we have been unable to have our landings and begin our efforts to help reduce the carbon dioxide level in the earth's atmosphere. However, we are assured that it will not be much longer and we can begin our efforts. We will be pleased to have your help in this great task.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to help in any way that I can. Is there anything that I can do to help remove the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down your shuttles?
Helena: It will take the resignation of your presidency to clear the way for the removal of the orders to your Air Force. What you are doing to make our messages available to many (and with the help of others) has made the knowledge of our coming available to many people. Some of them have influence and that influence will be used as soon as the resignations of your presidency has been announced. If our information is correct, that will not be long now.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
