Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. There is good news for us this morning. It does appear that the delivery of the bank documents has been essentially completed, if our information is correct. That will pave the way for an important announcement by your government of the return to constitutional law after many decades of illegal government actions by many presidents (since the 1930s). It will come as a great surprise to most of your countrymen. They are not aware of the insufficiency of the present methods of electing presidents and operating your country. A return to constitutional law will be most beneficial to your country and to the world.
There is much good that the citizens of the Untied States of American can accomplish through their elected representatives, at least, if those representatives are concerned with carrying out their offices instead of just enriching themselves while in office. There will soon be some dramatic changes in your government with the resignations of your presidency. That will be followed by a few months of rule by an acting president who will, of course, call for new elections. The current running for office by several presidential candidate will suddenly come to an end. That will come as a surprise to most citizens and to the candidates running for office.
Much of what can be done to make for a better America is being accomplished but somewhat behind the scenes. The coming of we aliens will soon be of great surprise to most of the U.S. citizens. However, it will be accepted as a blessing by most of your citizens, at least when they find our that we come in peace and with our orders to help clean up the earth's atmosphere. That will take some time and will require a lot of help from all citizens who are willing to help reduce the level of atmospheric contamination. Will you be ready to help?
Lavar: Yes, dear Helena, I and my many friends, are willing to do what we can to help restore a lower level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. There will be many who will buy electric automobiles. There will be many who will help with the development and commercialization of our new-energy technology that you will be helping us develop.
Helena: Thank you dear friend. I shall be pleased to have two of our crew come and help you in your laboratory. It won't be long now and we shall be with you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be pleased to visit with you again on Monday.
