Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 24 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being prompt. There are a multitude of responsibilities that we have in preparing for and carrying out our long-delayed fly-overs and the landing, for a time, in your valley. We shall be most pleased to be able to have this original showing of ourselves to the population of North America, which is our area of assignment. We have been informed that there will soon be the political events that will allow for us to, finally, have our fly-overs. Those will then be followed by our coming-and-going, in our shuttles, from the starship Capricorn. Our purpose, of course, is to help, wherever we can, resolve the problems of reducing the atmospheric pollution, especially of the high levels of carbon dioxide. As you know, the time is soon coming when the increased levels of carbon dioxide would make it difficult for some humans and some animals to survive. That change must be made and soon!
Of course, with our coming, we will be able to accomplish other tasks, where we are asked to do so. As you have asked, in your telepathic messages to us, we will help bring more precious rainfall (and snowfall) to your area so that you will have water for the increased population that has grown up in your state. As you know, we have already been able to help increase the snowfall in your area.
There is much that we can do with our advanced technology. However, our greatest desire is to help those of you who are willing to do so, to learn our technology - but a step at a time. We do not intend to suddenly thrust important new technology onto you civilization. However, step-by-step, and as we are asked to do so, we can help in the development of new technology, especially technology that will cause less harm to Mother Earth.
I am very pleased that you and your lab have already been working on some advanced technology that is similar to what we use to tap into the vast energy of space. We shall help you in the further development and early commercialization of that charge-cluster technology. It won't be long now, I hope, before our two crew members will be with you in your laboratory.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am most pleased to have your presence and, especially, your two crew members to come and work with us. Is there anything that we can do to help get the Air Force orders removed?
Helena: If you have any firm contacts with high-level government officials you could request the removal of those orders to your Air Force. Perhaps there are some who read these messages that might have some high-level contacts. We do understand that there will have to be the removal of your current presidency before this desired change can be expected to be made.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
