Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to address you this morning. I understand that there is another delay in the deliveries of the bank documents. Hopefully, the deliveries will be completed before the end of this week. I do not understand the further delays. It had been our information that the documents were in hand and ready to be delivered. We often underestimate the role that your government leaders can play to interfere with these important events.
It is our understanding that there will soon be the deliveries and that your present administration will have no more role to play in preventing the deliveries of these important returns to the thousands of investors. Then, hopefully, events will soon culminate that will allow for us to be able to have our fly-overs and our landing in your valley. That will be a great time for us. We have waited so long for your government to cease to interfere with our coming-and-going among you. Hopefully, this will finally be the week for us to be able to plan our fly-overs. As you know the government has to remove the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. Hopefully, that long-desired event will soon come.
There is much that we can do to help your country when we are allowed to do so. It is our desire to carry out the assignment of the Galactic Federation to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. Over the many months that we have been prevented from coming to do our assigned task, Mother Earth's atmosphere has gotten worse. The addition of carbon dioxide to your earth's atmosphere is now getting to where it is affecting the health of many people and many animals. This must be changed and changed soon, as you know. That is my message this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Dear Helena, I shall be most pleased when your shuttles and come-and-go among us. Is there any way that you can change the orders to the Air Force except through orders from the president? Aren't there some high officers that can remove those orders that have been there for many years?
Helena: We wish that we could communicate effectively with some of your high-level officers of your Air Force. However, there are none that we can communicate with until we have some access to your Internet. There are very few in the military who are capable of receiving our telepathic messages. Hopefully, your president will soon have his resignation accepted and there will be a new president to remove the orders to your Air Force.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I wish I could help. I shall call on you again Monday.
