Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to greet you this morning. As you probably understand, this is a very important day in the history of your country. There has been the distribution of the bank documents to the thousands of recipients. Now there will soon be a great important announcement from your nation's capitol about the return to constitutional government. That will come as a great surprise to most of your population who have had no concept that their wonderful government had been wrongfully usurped in the 1930s. However, when the air is cleared and the understanding made manifest, there will be rejoicing among most of your population about the restoration of constitutional government. Then, again, the United States of America should become a beacon of freedom to the world. You will be among those who will publish information about this restoration of constitutional government.
There is much that we can do, after our arrival among you, to be able to help in the restoration of good government, however, only where we are asked to do so. Our major effort, as I have stated many times, is to help restore Mother Earth's atmosphere to where it will not harm humans and many other animals. The greatly increased levels of carbon dioxide must be changed and changed as soon as possible or there will be much more illnesses among sensitive human and animals. You are privileged to help make some of those changes. As I have often stated, we have been pleased to find that you and your laboratory were working on technology that will soon help change the way the world produces and distributes energy. As we do here aboard the Capricorn, you will soon be tapping into the vast energy of space and providing energy for many without any pollution. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am blessed to have these weekday conversation with you. I shall welcome your coming with your shuttles and hope that it will be very soon now. I have been pondering the use of the charge-cluster technology for on-the-site stabilization of high-level radioactive wastes. Do you have any suggestions as to how important I should place emphasis on this use of the charge-cluster technology?
Helena: You will want to deal with your government on that issue. Let them know, or demonstrate to them, that you have technology that will reduce the level of radioactivity in those liquid wastes. It will be appropriate for you to provide a demonstration for your government. Do the best you can to get their attention.
