Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 16 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am a couple of minutes early this morning. Are you available?
Helena: Good morning. Yes, I am available. There is much to be accomplished in your country with the distribution of the bank documents to be completed today that will open the way for your company to be funded. Of more importance to us, there should soon be steps taken by your present government, even with the president out of the country, to remove the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot us down. Then, after these many, many months, some of our shuttles can have the long-delayed fly-overs and the landing in your valley. We shall be most pleased to be able to show you that we come in peace and that we are your friends and that we come to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere with, of course, your help.
We are pleased that you have been available to communicate with us and to send our daily message to you to others. Some of those others, also spread our messages to their friends. The end result is that there is much more known about us and our coming than we had expected. It will be a great relief to all of us to be able to come-and-go, to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere (with your help) and not be chased by your Air Force jets.
I shall be pleased to have our crew members available to help those of you who ask for our help. Thanks to our conversations with you, we have had a few others who have asked for our help. We are pleased to help any who ask, provided that no weapons of war are involved. We insist on doing peaceful things in your world.
Much of our efforts will, of course, be expected to provide a better situation for your countrymen or for your country. We have the ability to help in many ways, however, we must be asked. In addition, we have a few medical specialists who desire to come and serve where their health-giving help can be used. They will come-and-go among you after we can have our landings among you. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am greatly pleased to be able to converse with you each weekday morning. That is a special blessing for me. This may be a strange question: We live in a normally very dry part of the United States. There are thousands of acres of land that could produce food or forage if water were available. Do you have the ability to help change the amount of rainfall that could be received by these desert areas?
Helena: That is a strange question. However, we do have the ability to make changes in the weather patterns. Of course, when we make rain come to one area, there will probably be another area that will not receive the normal rainfall. It is a complex situation, however, we can, if it is deemed important, help to provide more moisture to selected areas. In fact, I believe that you could develop the technology that could do the same.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. That would be great if we could help change some of the weather patterns so that areas of too much rain could be changed and other areas could benefit by having more rainfall. I am sure that we will welcome your presence and your help to modify our weather for the benefit of many. Thank you for your help. I shall be with you tomorrow.
