Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 11 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena, I am just a bit early this morning.
Helena: Good morning. Be right with you. There is much good that is soon to be coming to your country. At long last, there will soon be an end to your present administration or, I should say, your present government which has been misled for many decades. There will soon be a return to constitutional government that you have not had since the 1930s. That will be good news for you and great news for us. These events will pave the way for the release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs. We are here, your government knows it. We come in peace and we desire to show that we are here to help; that we are friendly; and that we have only your best interests in our minds.
Much that we plan to do, I have shared with you, however, some of it is worth repeating but not for today. I do not want to burden you with details at this time. Today will be the beginning of some dramatic changes in your government. That will mean that there will be considerable attention paid by all of you citizens of America, even all the citizens of North America. As you have been told, North America is our area of assignment for the Capricorn. Soon we shall have our fly-overs and then soon followed by our coming-and-going with our shuttles and doing those things which have long been planned.
Much of our efforts with you are, as you well know, to help reduce the high levels of carbon dioxide in the earth's atmosphere. You know that it will take a great deal of effort and new technology to be able to change the way your country and the world operates automobiles, trucks, and home heating. We shall help you in the development of the kind of technology that we use, where we tap into the vast energy of space. It is of great interest to us to know that you and your group have been developing just such a technology. We shall soon have two of our crew there to help you in commercializing that development. Then you will be busy in helping to manufacture and distribute those new-energy devices to the world. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for us?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena I am most grateful for your weekday conversations with me. I shall be most pleased to welcome your crew members when they come to help us in our laboratory. We shall soon have the funds, so I have been told, to get back into full operation in our laboratory. Thank you for all the time you take to converse with me. I shall be with you again on Monday.
