Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 8 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. These are very important days for you and for us. There are events that are transpiring in your country that are required to set the stage for the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. We have been cloaking our shuttles, as you know, and have been doing some of the flying and observing that we need to accomplish. However, we strongly desire to be able to come-and-go among you at our pleasure, in peace, with the assignment and dedication of help repair Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere. That is, as you know, our major assignment from the Galactic Federation. It has now been several years since we came here in the starship Capricorn to carry out our assignment from the Galactic Federation. Hopefully, we shall soon be able to begin this long-delayed effort. However, we have been busy in observing and planning for our tasks. In addition, we are in contact with a few of you who have telepathic ability. We are very pleased whenever we find that we can communicate readily with some of you as we are doing with you this morning. However, we shall be pleased to be able to communicate with many more of you in this North American continent. We shall soon be able to come-and-go among you and we plan to hook up to your marvelous world-wide Internet. Then we can receive and reply to queries from more of you citizens of North America. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions or comments for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am greatly pleased to be able to communicate with you and to post our discussions on the Internet where others can read of our communication. I am pleased that you will soon be able to come-and-go among us. I shall be most pleased at your coming and at the coming of two of your crew to help us in our laboratory. What can we do to better prepare for the coming of your two crew members to work with us?
Helena: Just do your best to obtain the proper equipment that you need to ensure that you are getting the right kind of results from your experimental work with the charge-cluster technology. Our help will utilize whatever equipment that you have. We may desire to modify some of your equipment or even suggest some additions to what you will have in your laboratory. As I have previously told you, we desire to use your current technology and not try to impose our more advanced technology on you at this time. It is important to us that you and your fellow scientists work out the further development of new-energy technology and get it commercially available and marketed as soon as practical. We shall do whatever we can to help in the development of a proper commercial prototype.
