Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 02 Jan 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Forgive me, Helena. I am late this morning!
Helena: Good morning. Yes! You are a few minutes late. However, you are forgiven. It is my understanding that there will, very soon now, be some dramatic changes in your government. It is our understanding that with the distribution of the bank documents to the many recipients, that action will be followed by a return to Constitutional Government in your country. I hope that is true. We know that there has to be some drastic changes in your government before there will be the removal of the orders to your Air Force to shoot down any UFOs.
We have often had that same conversation, however, it does appear that, finally, the powers that be in your government have no longer been able to keep back the rightful distribution of funds to the investors of those so-called "prosperity funds." The end result will be that there will be several thousand investors who will finally have some dramatic returns on investments and be able to do much good with their earned money.
We here aboard the Capricorn, are very interested in being able to come-and-go among you in our shuttles. We are especially interested in helping mankind to recover from the dramatic pollution of Mother Earth's atmosphere. If we are not allowed to help, and if there is not an great effort put forth to control atmospheric pollution, your lives on Mother Earth will be shortened. As you may already observe, there are some among you who have problems with breathing due to the over abundance of carbon dioxide and other noxious gases in the air you breathe. However, there will soon be some dramatic help from us, as you well know and have been told for many months now. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am blessed to be able to communicate with you. I look forward to your coming-and-going among us. Of greatest interest to me will be having two of your crew come to help us in our laboratory developments. Is there anything that I need to do to better prepare for the coming of those two crewmen from the Capricorn?
Helena: It is, of course, important that you receive your funds so that you can purchase and outfit the building you will be using for your laboratory. Our crew members do not intend to bring any special equipment with them. It is important to us that what you develop is accomplished with the science and technology that is currently available to you. However, we can add greatly to your skills in producing a better space-energy technology.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to welcome your shuttles and your crew members. I shall be with you tomorrow.
