Please forward this information to everyone you know in the Prosperity or Claims programs in case it is useful to them.

Every time we get close to having the remaining mass deliveries, people ask what to do about CHANGING their prosperity programs' DELIVERY ADDRESS. The following information applies to ALL members of prosperity programs and the claims in the U.S. AND all other countries: You need inform your POSTAL AUTHORITY of your correct physical location address (if possible) because the World Court has ordered that in order to ensure the RIGHTFUL recipients receive their prosperity notification deliveries, the deliveries should be made directly to the recipients at their physical locations where the recipients can sign for the delivery. You need to include the NAMES in which you joined the prosperity program(s) and/or claims when you submit a change of address with your Postal Authority.

Many of you write and say that you have moved many times and have not been able to keep your address current for various reasons with people connected to the programs. The White Knights have ALREADY checked into address records for over the past 15 years and have found 95% of the people in the programs by tracking their address changes through the years. The White Knights have also used other databases to find people and thus have found most of the name changes people have made as well. Therefore, most people have ALREADY been found and a current physical address is in the prosperity programs' delivery databases for most people.

For Post Office box addresses, the White Knights have ordered and received a cross-index file of all physical location addresses of people with Post Office Boxes who are in the prosperity/claims programs. For most people with Post Office boxes, the White Knights already KNOW your physical location and will deliver your prosperity notification to you so that you can sign for it.

If you are receiving your delivery at a Post Office Box and the Postal Authority lacks your current or correct physical address, the White Knights will look for your current physical address in other databases such as Social Security or credit bureaus. I'm told if 45 days after delivery, they have been unable to find you and make the physical delivery, you will receive a letter at your Post Office Box telling you how to make contact and identify yourself and your location so a physical delivery can be made to you.

In countries, like Canada, where people tell me they do not have to give the Post Office a physical address when obtaining a Post Office Box there will be a different process. In this case, there will be a letter delivered to your PO box telling you how to make contact and identify yourself and your location so that a physical delivery can be made to you and your signature obtained.

I'm told that if you have a private mailbox service, like Mail Box Etc., the White Knights have already done research to find your physical location and will attempt to deliver your notification to you and obtain your signature. I'm told if they cannot find you at a physical location during mass deliveries, you will receive within 7-10 days a letter at your Mail Box Etc. location telling you how to make contact to identify yourself and your location so that a physical delivery can be made to you and your signature obtained. If you have other people's prosperity notices coming to your Mail Box Etc. type mail box, you will also have to make contact on behalf of those people and give those people's physical address locations so that deliveries can be made to those people. Be sure you have the best info possible about these people's physical addresses to provide to the White Knights so they can deliver to these people.

If you have many people's prosperity deliveries coming to YOUR physical address and the people are not there to sign for them, I'm told you will be asked for a written/typed list of these people's physical addresses so that the White Knights can get the prosperity notifications delivered to those people. Be sure you have this list already prepared. Please forward this Dove Report to anyone who needs to know about this.

If you joined using the "and/or" clause, as in you are Tom Smith and you put Mary Jones into the program and your membership info says: "Tom Smith and/or Mary Jones" at your address, then you will be able to sign for the additional notification and can forward it to Mary Jones.

There is only ONE FUNDING of the HUGE AMOUNTS PER PERSON, (some small payment per unit applies for some programs). It is PER PERSON (physical person) rather than "per entity" funding of the huge amounts.

There is some kind of provision for INHERITING the prosperity program funding, I'm told, however, I LACK ANY DETAILS on this. Please avoid writing me about this because I truly lack any details.

People sometimes write to say they want to change their minds about putting someone into the program and take that person out and put someone else into it. This is forbidden because these prosperity program members are part of legal records and the funding must legally go to the people in the program databases.

Those of us who joined using multiple trusts or names will end up consolidating all into one funding account, I'm told, because the amounts are ASTRONOMICAL and we are the Humanitarian Projects recipients.

If for some reason, you are totally missed in the funding of these programs or claims, you will have another CHANCE to file for wonderful abundance after the announcement of NESARA. All U.S. citizens will be given this "new prosperity option" and it will be publicly announced. I understand this will also happen in other countries in the next year or two but I lack details about exactly HOW the new prosperity programs will become available in other countries.

Regarding the Bush gang economic stimulus package, yes, the Bush gang has put provisions into this to TRY to steal some of our money. However, the Bush gang is UNABLE to ENACT these provisions because our electronic money has impenetrable LOCKS on our accounts that enable only WE prosperity recipients to access our money and our physical money is also protected. It's another Bush gang LAME DUCK effort to try to grab our money for themselves. Every penny the Bush gang have tried to steal from us has been recovered.
