In March 1933, President Roosevelt declared a state of emergency in the United States which enabled Roosevelt to increase his power over the US tremendously. Since 1933, the United States has operated under one state of emergency after another without a break. This means that all the Presidents since Roosevelt have held power that they were not Constitutionally allowed to have.
NESARA abolishes all national states of emergency all the way back to 1933. What this means is that after NESARA is announced, the United States has no lawful right to have US military troops in any other country. For this reason, within 24 hours after the NESARA announcement, the NESARA US President Designate will declare the United States is at peace and all national states of emergency are cancelled.
NESARA requires all US military troops to be recalled from all countries around the world back to the US in one year following NESARA's announcement. The US should not have military troops in other countries and finally all US troops will be called back to the US after NESARA's announcement.

Millions of people around the world want peace. Peace rallies and protests against Bush make it clear that the world's people want peace. NESARA's announcement begins a series of actions which will result in world peace.
Currently, more witnesses against the eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee are being sought to ensure these eight are removed from the Committee. Once these eight double agents (who, for years, have been sabotaging NESARA's announcement from their insider positions), are removed from the Committee responsible for NESARA's announcement, the opportunity for a successful NESARA announcement will be considerably strengthened!
Within days after NESARA's announcement, the long-delayed mass deliveries of 60+ prosperity programs funding notifications to hundreds of thousands of people will occur in the United States and then continue around the world. There will be several delivery efforts made to each prosperity recipient in the weeks after NESARA's announcement and delivery efforts will be made up to a year to ensure all recipients are found.
If you are in a prosperity program and are moving, the only thing you need to do to ensure your delivery reaches you is to put an official change of address in with your postal authority for the name you used when you joined the prosperity program. The delivery addresses for prosperity program members are regularly updated (in the US every week), from official changes of address which are given to the US Postal Service. Address changes for members of the prosperity programs have been tracked and made from official postal authority records for many years. Some of the prosperity programs, such as the Bergevun, have been delayed from funding for more than 20 years but the address changes of Bergevun program members have continued to be made. Social Security and credit bureau records have also been used to ensure prosperity programs' members' delivery addresses are kept current.
(Please do NOT write me asking to join the prosperity programs as these programs have NOT accepted new members since the Fall of 2000. There will be NEW financial redress prosperity programs which will be publicly announced in the US and other countries after NESARA is announced. I will write about these financial redress programs when they are officially announced and remind those of you not in the current prosperity programs to apply for the financial redress prosperity.
