Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
The International Court of Justice (World Court) in The Hague, a city in the Netherlands, is the Court to which countries take disputes which are NOT about war crimes. In the summer of 2000, the Clinton administration challenged the validity of the NESARA law, which had been passed by the US Congress in March 2000, by petitioning the World Court and asserting NESARA was not valid. The Clinton administration did this because Clinton and his people did not want to resign from their positions as required by NESARA. However, the World Court ruled that NESARA was absolutely valid and ordered Clinton to sign the NESARA law, which he did in October 2000.
Because NESARA's impact ripples out to the world's 200+ countries through new international banking regulations which will be implemented after NESARA's announcement, banking officials from other countries have petitioned World Court at various times to delay NESARA's announcement. World Court is the ultimate authority over NESARA and has the power to approve or delay NESARA announcement time periods.
World Court also has the authority to rule that the eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee be removed from the Committee. This is why the petition requesting NESARA's new announcement period also requests these eight betrayers be removed from the Committee so they can no longer sabotage NESARA from "the inside".
The eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee are:
There are a total of 12 people on the Committee in charge of getting NESARA announced. The other four members of the Committee are sincerely dedicated to getting NESARA announced.
Yesterday I asked people to contact those who can give depositions about their direct knowledge that some or any of the eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee have sabotaged NESARA or are working with the Bush regime to prevent NESARA's announcement. Anyone, who has direct knowledge of these betrayers either sabotaging NESARA or working in collusion with the Bush regime to directly or indirectly prevent NESARA's announcement, can go to an attorney they trust, give a summary of their information to the attorney, and ask the attorney to send a written transcript of their comments to:

This is not the normal way this kind of information would be included in a case before the World Court. However, due to the gag order on NESARA and also due to the need for secrecy to protect those who are already involved in working to remove the eight betrayers, my sources say this unorthodox method of providing more witnesses against the eight betrayers will probably be accepted.
It's extremely important that these eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee be removed from the Committee immediately. We have never had an opportunity for those who have direct knowledge of the betrayals by these eight to give testimony against these people until now. All people, who has direct knowledge or proof that these eight are betraying NESARA or working in collusion with the Bush regime, can help to get these people removed from the NESARA Committee by submitting their information to the Clerk of the Court at the International Court of Justice before June 15, 2004. It's vital these eight people be removed from the NESARA Committee; all reading this Report who know someone or something that can help remove these people MUST help get this information to World Court as soon as possible!
It's likely that early next week a petition from the three US Supreme Court Justices will be presented in World Court asking for a two-week delay to prepare to fight the request they be removed. It's likely the two-week delay will be given. This means we also have two weeks to provide MORE WITNESSES against the eight betrayers to ensure they will be removed!
Our emails to the World Court are important because our emails inform the Court that thousands of people worldwide KNOW there are eight betrayers on the NESARA Committee and that these betrayers must be removed. World Court should take these people off the Committee if there is any question that these people are sabotaging NESARA because NESARA is so important. However, removing three US Supreme Court Justices from the Committee is a much harder thing to do than to remove three less important people off the Committee. For this reason, any pressure we can exert on the Court to reinforce the need to remove these three and the other five betrayers is very important.
I'm including below a confirmation from our dear Miep who is a member of our NESARA Take Action Team (NTAT) doing NESARA demonstrations at the World Court each Friday. Miep is the one who most often is handing flyers to the World Court Judges as they drive into and out of the Peace Palace where the Court is located. Yesterday, a car carrying a World Court Judge stopped and the Judge rolled down the window to speak to Miep. Miep asked him if the new NESARA petition was in the World Court, and he said "Yes".
Last Wednesday, I put a call into one of our White Knights in Europe who is known by the code name King of Egypt or K. of E. I asked K. of E. to confirm the World Court had received the new NESARA announcement petition. The K. of E. has contact with one of the World Court Judges. His reply confirmed the new NESARA petition is there and he also gave details which are consistent with my sources' information.

World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.

About the demonstration in front of World Court today (the 33 time):
- Miep said to a World Court Judge: "Tell me, please, the petition, inside World Court?" He answered: "Yes, yes I know." Miep said: "World Peace for the people." He said: "NESARA Now" while pointing to one of the banners.
- We saw a car with 4 people in it. In the front we recognized 2 World Court Judges. The driver (a W.C. Judge) stopped for Miep and opened his window. He was talking to Miep but she did not understand him and she called for me. While I was coming their way, the car waited for me and I greeted the Judges. The Judge behind the wheel said to me: "I want you to know that I already have a lot of flyers. Please use them for other people. And good luck." Both the Judges in front of the car smiled at us. And the two people in the back of the car waved at us using NESARA flyers.

Subject: NESARA Confirmations
While holidaying in USA this month I spoke to someone from Public Relations in the White House. She was actually flying back to Washington that day to attend the Presidents Dinner for the media, along with Bill Clinton, Meg Ryan, Ben Affleck etc. When I asked if she knew about NESARA, her reply was "Yes I do" When pressed she said she didn't know when NESARA was coming in.
I also had a second confirmation from a person who worked in Canadian Security and also spent some time in Germany with security work, and said he knew about it in both places.

Subject: Another India NESARA CONFIRMATION!
Hi Dove, all our blessings to you!
If you would remember, I had written to you of an Indian NESARA Confirmation once before, and you replied.
This time, I spoke to another banker, who [has connections to] the Indian Banking Association.
He had news for me. I asked him to "confirm the rumour in the market that the US currency is going back to the Gold Standard". He replied in the affirmative! I asked him if he has heard of NESARA. He said, "I know about it."
I told him that the Fed was a private agency which would be absorbed in the US Treasury, and the US Treasury would then have the right to print and circulate currency; and he nodded a silent yes to all of the above.
No more questions. I got all my answers.
You may tell your non-Western audience, that if they want a confirmation of NESARA for themselves, they should talk to a senior banker in their city. There will be a brave few who would confirm the news to them. The rest will leave a flabbergasted expression across their face ( a how-do-you-know-about-it expression).
I can tell you, that if NESARA is known in some country in Asia, then the whole world's gearing up for NESARA.

Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to let you know I received my confirmation today, at B.O.A. [Bank of America] here in Sacramento while depositing my check. I asked one of the tellers that waits on me if she was prepared for all the changes that was coming, of course she said what changes are you talking about. So I rephrased my question and asked point blank if she has been educated in NESARA and to my surprise she smiles clutched her jaw and said yes. At this point she just wanted hurry and get me out of there.
