NESARA's announcement and implementation creates conditions very beneficial for members of the humanitarian prosperity programs which will be funding soon after NESARA is announced. In the US, NESARA's announcement ends the collection of federal income taxes for both individuals and businesses/organizations. NESARA's announcement restores Constitutional Law and initiates new US banking regulations which greatly increase the bank customers' privacy. After NESARA's announcement, we will have a level of financial privacy in the US very similar to the legendary privacy provided by Swiss banks. NESARA's banking regulations are very strict in protecting our personal information, our bank accounts, and our banking transactions.
There are over 60 prosperity programs which have been delayed from funding in the US and other countries due to efforts by major banking corporations, government officials, and executives of the military-industrial complex to prevent these programs from funding. In the US, the Rockefeller-Bush cabal has intended to literally steal these vast amounts of funds if they could ever completely control the country. For several months in the year 2000, some of us tracked the daily efforts of David Rockefeller and George H. W. Bush (Bush Senior) as they used both legal tricks and illegal tricks to keep the funding notifications from being delivered to over 250,000 humanitarian prosperity program members in the US. Rockefeller and Bush Senior were "Trustees" of the big O humanitarian prosperity program and used their Trustee positions to interfere with the lawful efforts to do the delivery of funding notifications. Rockefeller and Bush have been removed from their positions as Trustees, but have continued causing problems in other ways.
Miraculously, these "bad guys" and their cohorts have failed in their attempts to steal the prosperity programs funds. As of now, about 90% of the big O humanitarian prosperity program funds coming to prosperity members living in the US have been transferred from mainly European banks to US funding banks. These humanitarian prosperity program funds are sitting in major banks waiting to be disbursed to over 500 funding banks in the US immediately after NESARA's announcement. Prosperity programs funds have also been transferred to major funding banks in other countries for the program members in those countries.
Someone wrote asking me why I have not been writing about the prosperity programs. The reason is simple: NESARA must be announced BEFORE there will be "mass deliveries" of funding notifications for these prosperity programs. No one will receive their prosperity program funding until after NESARA is announced. A few years ago, the Funding Committee, which oversees the funding of these programs, made the decision that NESARA must be announced BEFORE the mass deliveries of funding notifications can occur.
Within three to five business days after NESARA is announced, mass deliveries of prosperity programs funding notifications will occur in the US and will be followed by funding notifications in other countries worldwide after each country adopts the new international banking regulations that ripple out from NESARA's announcement.
In summary, all is absolutely fine with the prosperity programs; the funds are sitting in major funding banks for those of us in these prosperity programs. Within a few business days after NESARA's announcement, the prosperity programs funding notifications in the US will be delivered and this begins the worldwide funding processes.
(Please do NOT write me asking to join the humanitarian prosperity programs as these programs have NOT accepted new members since the Fall of 2000. There will be NEW financial redress prosperity programs which will be publicly announced in the U.S. and other countries after NESARA is announced. I will write about these financial redress programs when they are officially announced and remind those of you not in the current prosperity programs to apply for the financial redress prosperity. Greetings NESARA Take Action Team,
The NTAT continues to remain poised and determined in its mission to seeing NESARA announced and implemented. Dove shared in a recent report that there are dozens of new NTAT members that are signing up weekly to help spread the news of NESARA. We welcome all new members and invite your active participation in sharing with others all the life-changing benefits that NESARA will provide once it is announced. You will find that the NTAT is filled with charitable, kindhearted people that will go the extra mile in receiving new members and helping them to get plugged into local NESARA activities.
We have had a few questions submitted this week regarding political figures who are running for President. We understand that there are some that will immerge as front-runners once NESARA is announced. Their names have popped up in reports here and there and we all know who they are. It needs to be stated that at this time the NTAT is not officially endorsing any candidate for President. Once we get to post NESARA announcement days, we will all have a hand in choosing the best candidates and representatives to lead this country into the future which shows great promise. It also needs to be stated that the Canadians, likewise, will need to use discernment in choosing their new representatives to see to the best interests of all Canadians.
The NTAT in Region 1 has eleven special people who are near and dear to our hearts. These people are known as District Leaders and each have a few states or provinces that they service. These people help with the clerical aspects of running this organization and provide localized leadership and information. Each of you should know your District Leaders as well as their e-mail addresses. Each of these District Leaders are well informed on the issues of NESARA and can answer most questions that new members may have. This week, I would like to spotlight one District Leader that has been with us from the start. This dedicated person sees to the needs of the NTAT members in California, Nevada and Hawaii. Tami Terusa was chosen as our first District Leader as she showed signs of true commitment and enthusiasm for NESARA. Tami has made sacrifices, time after time, for the NTAT and NESARA. She is an effective communicator and provides inspiration for all of us. We are including her latest report that went out in her District, as well as some other reports from other NTAT members.

Tami Terusa, DL - CA-WEST - "When I saw our banner once again in last night's Dove Report (www.nesara.de), looking torn and tattered from the ravages of demanding peace, yet flying proud, loud and clear, NESARA NOW!! PEACE NOW!! - it took my breath away! I remembered all of you who helped get it there in so so many ways, the beautiful intentions, the wonderful letters of excitement, it all came back again as I continued to read in awe of the NTAT folks at their 29th Demonstration at the Peace Palace and now they are at their 30th Demonstration! WOW!! We all owe those folks such a huge thanks, a high five, a big hug, blessings of love and light forever! They are truly at the frontline of ushering in PEACE! As we all are! We are all part of the greater good. We all know NESARA will be here! We all need to continue to do what we do best and that is spread the wonderful, the most uplifting, the largest bringer of HOPE - THE NEWS OF NESARA!
We have a major march coming up on June 5, 2004, calling to 'Bring The Troops Home Now!' Let's get together, let's get piles of flyers, let's spread some fabulous news that specifically gives a solution to this march and it's theme. Don't forget there are millions of people who have not had the opportunity to either deny or accept the wonderful coming of NESARA! So we must share my friends! We must continue to get the word out. The more who know, the more energy goes into getting NESARA announced ASAP! So pace yourselves my friends! Talk to each other, talk to your neighbors, go to your local farmers markets, call or write your local newspaper. When you hand out flyers allow yourself to share in the energy you bring others because the majority of folks you tell become immediately hopeful! In one sentence, "I have some great news for you today!" and we change their lives forever! On my bus ride last Friday, I had a gentleman just stop and stare at me, after handing him a flyer, and then, getting this big grin on his face - he asked, 'So how soon is this going to happen?' I explained a bit of the details, he asked again, 'So when is it going to be announced?' I continued to offer more details. Throughout the entire conversation he had to contain his excitement and continued to stop himself several times from repeating the same question. When his stop finally came, he was so upbeat, he winked at me, said 'Thank you, Miss!' in such a delighted tone and then walked away with the biggest grin, I thought he was going to start belly laughing! He did, however, fold that flyer up very carefully and put it in his pocket before he got ready to go. Hope was born yet again! I really like being able to tell folks who don't speak English about the www.nesara.de website, usually by that time I'm using hand gestures to explain! Sometimes when I'm explaining NESARA to someone, their reaction causes curiosity in others and being able to very quickly hand them a website to go to really makes them feel included, energized and somehow you know, they're going to check this news out! Every single time I share NESARA, everyone in ear shot and view of the conversation walks away happy! Every time! Even if they're not real clear on what it's about. NESARA causes a huge weight to be lifted off people as I watch them walk with a lot more lift in their steps and it's infectious. It's also fascinating and addicting. That's why I always try to carry flyers with me at all times. It's just second nature now, but it always makes me feel more energized and proud to be out here delivering news that makes people feel so very happy! As Nel shares with us what is written by the Ambassadors from the international community on the opening of the Pathway to the Peace Flame, let's remember how much we truly are connected to one another, find strength in knowing we all stand together in solidarity for World Peace Now! Know that your work is not in vain, - you are the heroes! The work we do today will leave a legacy to sustain our beautiful new world that is here upon us for a long time to come. Walk in your truth, the truth of NESARA, the truth of knowing our responsibilities to freedom, the truth that PEACE ON EARTH is here, it is now and we have come to clean house! Dan R. - DL - TEXAS CENTRAL - "The Byron Nelson Tournament is starting today here in Dallas and there is a lot of excitement around this event. On Friday, I played a round of golf with some very prestigious folks here in Dallas (I'm not a golfer--but I'm learning!!). While there, I got to talking with Sammy R., a pro golfer. He gave me some pointers on how to perfect my game and then he told me how he's recently had some back pain and how he is avoiding the medical doctors. I told him about my friend who is a chiropractor and he agreed he needed to make an appointment. Then we began talking about healthy water as it can help to eliminate any problems with the back and how many times a back problem occurs from dehyrdation. We talked about the quality of different waters and how it's important not to have toxins in the water, especially since the body is 70% water; it can affect it the most. He said he has a friend who has been telling him that there is a "global conspiracy" to dumb people down and to make people sick and decrease the population. He talked about Iraq and this war and that his friend is telling him that this entire war is bogus and not based on anything. He's telling me this!!! So, I said, that may be true, especially when my dictionary says flouride is a poison and then you see it being put in the water. Then I asked him if he knew about NESARA and, since he hadn't heard of it, I briefed him completely on what it is and what it is going to do and all the wonderful changes that will come about. He was totally interested and gave me his personal card and said he wants to meet and talk some more about this. I told him about some of the programs that we will have after the announcement and he agreed that he would be interested in endorsing them and helping out where he can. We talked for quite a while before he had to go hang out on the 17th hole and help others with their shots. It was exciting and inspirational to talk to a Pro Golf leader like Sammy and very encouraging to see how receptive he was. Since then, I've been introduced to 4 more Pro Golfers and am continuing to spread the word and talk about NESARA and the programs we will be rolling out after the NESARA announcement"!

Arnold T., Ph.D. - Leader - WA - "We really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to acknowledge our NTAT's faithful efforts. We have a super team, and it is a real privilege to work with all of them. The credit for contacting Amy Goodman and passing out flyers to her audience goes to Mairi M., who is a real spark plug in our organization, and who gives our team great creative energy and ideas. She alerted us to Amy's scheduled appearance at the Univ. of Wash. Hub auditorium that Thursday, and had several thousand NESARA flyers printed for the occasion. When we arrived they were not allowing us to hand out anything, and said we would have to wait for Ms. Goodman. So when she arrived we went right up to her and introduced ourselves as the local NESARA NTAT and asked her if we could hand out flyers. She gave us a resounding "certainly you may," so we literally ran up to the front of the auditorium, before she was introduced and started up the aisles passing out NESARA Flyers, making sure every row was well supplied in the large auditorium. Then that evening Mairi went down to the special dinner at the Town Hall Meeting, where they were holding a special fund raiser for Amy and Democracy Now, and passed out another 500 plus NESARA flyers. Mairi's comment was she could not pass them out fast enough. Amy has a very receptive following, and as a result of Mairi's quick thinking and notification, we shared NESARA's promise, hope and liberation message with several thousands of Amy's fans".

In a phone conversation with Robert Richmond, District Leader for Canada this past weekend, we discussed the French speaking NTAT members in Canada. Robert shared that he had been sending these members to the www.nesara.de website as the Dove reports are translated into French, making it easier for these ones to keep up with the current NESARA status. Robert also expressed an interest in having the District Leaders communicate more effectively with each other by sharing ideas and activities amongst themselves so as to have a better overall picture and ability to share NESARA. We applaud these District Leaders for their innovative talents and ability to bring fresh ideas that makes NESARA activities fun and productive.
Let's continue this week with all NESARA publicizing activities. The weather in May is most favorable for outdoor activities with many public events planned in many communities. These are prime places for flyer distribution. As always, we need to keep NESARA in our prayers and meditations.
